It's that time of year when keeping your skin healthy and moist is the most difficult.  Remember, you need to have damp skin before applying your moisturizer so you can trap in that moisture with it.  After using a cleanser (preferably non-sudsy and non-foamy cream or gel cleanser without detergents) pat dry with towel so skin is moist but not wet.  Apply moisturizer immediately!  You can also towel dry and then use some mild mist toner or something like 302 Skincare Calming Mist before moisturizer application.  Let your skin drink in the moisture.  Cheers!
