It’s “sort of” winter now in So Cal, so a little extra moisture is in order.  Try using a very thin coat of drops or a serum (302 Skin Care has amazing products for this) under your sunscreen and any make-up you use. Pump a drop or two into your palm spread it out over both palms and press into your face and neck.  Ahhh!No more dry skin with fine lines!
